Reddit removes approximately 100,000 accounts per day for bot activity. New accounts that skip the warmup process are shadowbanned before the agent posts a single reply. EsitoLabs will not activate the Reddit agent for any account that has not completed the warmup. This is a technical requirement, not a commercial one.

EsitoLabs monitors account health throughout the warmup. If a check surfaces a problem, we adjust before it compounds.

At agent go-live — not at signing, not during the warmup period. If you are building a Reddit account from scratch, the $149/mo retainer starts when the account is warmed, verified, and the agent is live. You are never charged a retainer for a service that is not yet running.
Per agent. Each agent is one deployment — Reddit, Facebook, or another channel. Adding a second agent adds $149/mo. There is no bundle discount — the per-agent price is the same regardless of how many are running.
Routine updates — new products, tone refinements, guardrail changes, EsitoLabs-initiated improvements — are included in the retainer. Material rebuilds (full rebrands, complete persona overhauls, guardrails restructure following a legal review) are scoped individually. The reference price is the original KB Build ($999).
It is yours. All five knowledge files, draft history, tool accounts, and credentials live in your own infrastructure from day one. When the engagement ends, EsitoLabs severs its connection. You keep everything.
It covers six to eight weeks of structured daily drafts, weekly shadowban checks, and moderator outreach — work that does not overlap with the standard retainer. The retainer does not start during warmup. It is genuinely separate work at a technically necessary stage.
