Acceptable use
Purpose
This policy describes what EsitoLabs community agent services may and may not be used for. Clients are responsible for ensuring that approved content and instructions comply with this policy.
Permitted use
- Genuine brand participation in community conversations relevant to the client's products or category
- Technical assistance, product guidance, and factual information relevant to community discussions
- Brand representation in subreddits, Facebook groups, and niche forums where the brand has legitimate standing
- Community building, answering questions, and providing value to forum members
Prohibited use
- Deceptive or misleading claims about products, pricing, or the brand's identity
- Astroturfing, fake persona creation, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour
- Harassment of community members, moderators, or competitors
- Spam, repetitive posting, or behaviour designed to artificially inflate metrics
- Content that violates the terms of service of the platforms where the agent operates
- Content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates the rights of any person or organisation
- Disclosure of another party's confidential information
Platform rules
Clients must ensure the agent operates within the specific rules of each community it participates in. EsitoLabs advises on platform-specific norms during onboarding and flags rule changes as they are identified. The client bears responsibility for compliance with community and platform rules.
Enforcement
EsitoLabs may suspend agent activity immediately if a violation of this policy is identified or suspected, pending review with the client. Repeated or material violations may result in termination of the engagement.
